I can't say enough great things about Szirom Viragkuldes, their web site VERY easy to use, they are prompt, they even called me from Hungary to USA, because I wrote down the wrong phone number of the recipient of the gift. I can definitely rate is as excellent. I don't expect much from Hungarian customer service after multiple bad experiences, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. Incredibly good experience - I recommend highly!! I tried multiple on-line delivery services trying to get flowers sent from the US to Budapest, Hungary for my uncle's funeral. All failed. I was relieved to find Szirom Virágküldés Budapest. Although they were closed when I ordered during US hours, their on-line ordering system was simple and easy to use. The communication for confirmation of order; confirmation or delivery; and even a picture of the finished flower arrangement was far more than I expected.
