The Story Behind Our Passion for Flowers – Who Is Behind the Bouquets?

Allow us to introduce the leader of our team, Krisztina Hegedűs, IMF Master Florist.

Some people work with flowers, while others live for them. Krisztina belongs to the latter group. Floral design is not simply her profession—it is her passion and an integral part of her everyday life. She is the kind of florist who creates even in her dreams. Someone who moves through the world with open eyes, constantly drawing inspiration from nature, textures, forms, and the harmony of colors.

Originally trained as an architect, she was eventually captivated by the world of flowers and floral artistry. Since then, floristry has become the center of her professional and creative life. She earned her master qualification in the Netherlands under the guidance of Gregor H. Lersch, one of the most influential figures in international floristry. Beyond achieving a master qualification, she obtained one of the profession's highest international credentials: the IMF (International Master Florist) certification.

She has studied with renowned floral artists including Hanneke Frankema, Leopoldo Gomez, Iza Tkaczyk, Bart Hassam, Gertie Seinstra, Krisztián Kövér, and Klaus Wagener. She continuously expands her knowledge, closely follows international trends, and keeps up with the work of the world's leading floral designers.

Today, she serves as an ambassador for the Master Florist Group, regularly creating contemporary floral compositions for Dutch flower growers. She is also an ambassador for World of Spray Roses and the Hungarian representative for Heemskerk Flowers.

Alongside traditional floristry, she is deeply passionate about floral art. Her work combines elements of floral design, architecture, form design, and contemporary sculpture. She actively participates in competitions, creates artistic floral installations, and continuously explores aesthetic principles that most effectively communicate emotions.

She not only applies her expertise in her own work but also shares her knowledge through the training and development of our team.

A particular focus of her work is the practical application of design psychology and Gestalt principles, ensuring that our creations are not only beautiful, but also harmonious, timeless, and instinctively appealing to most people.

Our flowers are sourced directly from the Netherlands, allowing us to work with the highest-quality materials available, including rare and exceptional varieties. Thanks to our European-level expertise, every flower undergoes professional conditioning and preparation to maximize its beauty, freshness, and vase life.
